Polish, week 1


Good evening,

Production is over and we are now in feature lock. Now all that's left is adding the final touches.

On the art side of things we decided to re-work the trees and some of the effects:

also a few smaller effects have been added to the game: a will-oh-whisp effect to indicate which player is in possession of the bomb. A paper trail to make the path of the bomb a bit more visible.

The Stairs assets was reworked to make it look a bit more weathered.

A big change this week is that there is a post-processing added to the scene. Only then do you really notice how grayed out your game really looks. Here is a comparison of the before and after of the post-processing.


The main menu screen has also been updated to match the rest of the game. The buttons are updated to match the main title. Also there are now clouds in our sky to vary up the environment.


More small changes to come next week.
